1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is received in a damaged, defective, or tampered condition.
  • The wrong product was delivered to you.
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
  • Products returned without original packaging, labels, or invoice.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer negligence.
  • Change of mind or personal preference after delivery.
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer (wrong product, quantity, or address).

2. Return Timeframe

Return requests must be raised within 7 (seven) days of receiving your order. Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
  • If your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide instructions for returning the product.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong, or defective product).
  • Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of partial return or item damage.

5. Replacement

In cases where a refund is not preferred, we will gladly offer a replacement for the same product, subject to availability and approval of the return request.

6. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of health and wellness products, opened or used supplements and personal care items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at our support email or phone number. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled; however, you may initiate a return after delivery as per the policy above.
