1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India to all major cities, towns, and PIN codes serviceable by our logistics partners. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We aim to expand our delivery reach in the future.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after successful payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details once your payment is verified.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days.
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days.
  • Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days.

Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as natural events, public holidays, courier delays, or high order volumes.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location. We periodically offer free shipping promotions, which will be communicated on our website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can also contact our support team for order status updates.

6. Packaging

All Lymaleaf products are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use secure, tamper-evident packaging for all orders.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, absence of recipient, or refusal of delivery, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply for resending the order.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is received in a damaged condition or appears to have been tampered with, please do not accept the package. Instead, contact us immediately with photographs of the packaging and product. For orders that are lost in transit, please raise a concern within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can initiate an investigation with the courier partner.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
